Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Avenra (“Avenra”, “we”, “us”) builds and configures AI chat agents for businesses. You can reach us at support@avenraagency.com. In these Terms, “you” means the business or individual purchasing or using the service.

2. The service

We configure an AI agent — a sales, booking, or support assistant — around the business information you provide, and help you make it available through a website chat experience. The agent answers questions, captures enquiries, or helps arrange appointments based on the knowledge and instructions you supply.

The service is a configuration and hosting service. It does not include or guarantee any specific business outcome, sales figure, or response accuracy, and usage may be subject to fair-use and provider limits that we will confirm before launch. We do not offer unlimited usage.

3. Fees and payment

• A one-time setup fee of $499 USD per customer covers business discovery, knowledge setup, agent configuration, and launch guidance.
• A service term is then paid upfront: 1 month ($19.99), 3 months ($44.99), 6 months ($64.99), or 12 months ($89.99), all in USD.
• You may choose Pay once (no automatic renewal) or Auto-renew (the selected term payment repeats each period; the setup fee is never charged again).
• All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details.

4. Auto-renewal and cancellation

If you select Auto-renew, your service term renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the next renewal date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful business information and only content you have the right to use.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or abusive purposes, or to violate anyone’s rights.
• You are responsible for how the configured agent is used on your website and for compliance with laws that apply to your business, including consumer, privacy, and marketing rules.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers, including AI model providers, hosting, and payment processing. Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the business content and materials you provide. You grant us the limited right to use them to configure and operate your agent. Avenra retains ownership of its own software, designs, and configuration methods.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing how your agent behaves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Avenra is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@avenraagency.com.
